"There's a lot of fat left on the prosciutto like the part of the fat that's supposed to be cut off before slicing. I added portobello mushrooms and the mushrooms are cut so thick. I'd say about an inch. I love mushrooms, but they should be sliced a little thinner... I also asked for it to be pressed and it is cold and clearly never got put in the press.

"I just have to say that the person who cooked my eggs cooked them to perfection. Excellent job.
