The potatoes were just mashed redskin potatoes nothing stood out but that's what I was looking for just a basic anywhere USA classic meatloaf dinner. It didn't disappoint. The same ingredients are used in the Meatball Roll - and for less money! Two will provide me with four meals and the crust doesn't get as hard.
