"The cinnamon pancakes of the month were so good, I only wish they had cinnamon sugar in the batter so I didnt need to use maple syrup, cause I dont like the combination of cinnamon and maple syrup, but cinnamon sugar or brown sugar in the batter would've been great!!! They were still fluffy and warm with the cinnamon spice throughout the pancakes, I dont normally eat one whole pancake but I ate all of both pancakes, they were so satisfying!!!
