The Tuna Tataki was advertised as a 6-piece appetizer with sauce and proper presentation, but I received only a couple of thick pieces of tuna thrown into a box — no sauce, no plating, nothing close to what was shown.
The sashimi was also disappointing. Instead of properly sliced sashimi pieces, I got a few huge thick chunks of fish that looked carelessly cut.
Only one of the three items was acceptable. For the price, I expected quality preparation, not something that looked rushed and completely different from what was advertised. Very disappointing."

"The noodles in the Yaki Soba were overcooked. When you pick up the noodles and vegetables, they break and fall apart. The flavor was bland as if not seasoned at all. The egg rolls were mushy inside, as if all the filling was ground up into a purée consistency. They too were bland and the sweet and sour sauce was runny. I also had high hopes for a piece of mackerel nigiri but it was very tiny for $3 and the rice was dry and tasted fishy. The other piece was stripe bass nigiri, was very dry and tiny at $3.50. I'm very disappointed that I had other options but ordered from here and everything was a letdown."

"We ordered approximately $80 worth of food for three people but were very disappointed with both the portion sizes and overall quality. Each of us received only about four pieces of sushi, which felt quite underwhelming for the price. "We have always loved the fast and reliable service and delicious food from Panda Family Buffet so we want to give them the benefit of the doubt.
That being said, I have to express my disappointment in our experience last night. We ordered Hot Pan chicken and received Jalapeno Chicken twice in a row. Two separate for orders for the same item and received the same INCORRECT item both times. Unfortunately we only received compensation for one of the wrong orders.
Getting the same wrong thing twice leads me to believe that there is a malfunction somewhere in how the order is placed on DoorDash and how the kitchen receives the order.
I hope this is fixed, or doesn't happen, in the future. "

The Kalua Pork with Cabbage tasted very over salted, and was missing any kind of sauce. the BBQ Chicken had two small pieces of chicken on it, about one inch long and was otherwise just 95+% large soggy clump of rice.
