"The best breading for me, Southern Style Whitefish it's more of the "older ways", if you will. It's awesome not to greasy to where it hurts your stomach like the other breading, to me it holds grease. The taste, we'll, it taste just like what you ordered, FISH! Broccoli is not watery nor is it mushy.
