The fries were cold and hard and soggy in different areas which sucked cus I'm in the hospital right across the street . Threw those out. The fresco melt was messy and I was able to eat half of it before being overcome with the half of the sandwich covered in some strange colored grease. I usually love steak and shake as a quick bite, so I hope next time is better.

Food was burnt, fries were cold, however the manager said she would make it right when we come back, which I appreciate! Love this place still. Will come back.

Shockingly everything was perfect. The last 10 years steak n shake has been hit or miss. However the bugers, shakes were delicious. Fast and they didnt forget anything

No bacon on my bacon burger.
Although every thing else seemed very fresh ie the bun.
Fries probably would be better with a little more salt.
