I took one bite, and the flavor of the poor is authentic, but the cut and texture were just not good, so I gave the whole dish to my husband.
Steamed Char Sui Bao (3) 叉烧包 were very mid. The sauce on the pork filling tasted kind of weird, like it had taco seasoning or cumin maybe in it, and it just didn't jive with the sweet char siu sauce. I only ate one of the 3 buns.
