"I will say that this review is for a redelivery after a disappointing experience, but this delivery was much more on par with the local Applebees I'm used to. I like this place. It's predictable in a good way. It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent. Packaged with care doesn't cover it---everything was present, correct, appetizing in appearance, delicious. I don't ever reorder mistakes but this was for a sweet 16 birthday (don't judge, he picked lol). Birthday kid was thrilled."

"I got my usual, two large iced caramel lattes . My husband and LOVED them! Seriously, they were even more delicious than usual for some reason lol. My order came quickly and came packaged extremely well. I d give Dunkin a 20 star review if I could. They had my coffees packaged better than ive ever had a door dasher order packaged You could tell it was specifically for door dash. "The drinks were delicious, but i ordered two large iced caramel lattes, and Dunkin gave my dasher one of mine, and one from somebody else's order. I can see how my dasher didn't notice because Dunkin had my reciept with my name on it taped directly to the drink that was not mine. Under my reciept I found the reciept for a mobile order under someone else's name. Instead of a large it was a medium so it was instantly noticeable and the drink was thankfully a caramel latte but just made a bit different. I just mixed the two together and split them evenly between myself and my husband so of course they were still delicious. I just paid for a large and received a medium pretty much., "
