"I will say that this review is for a redelivery after a disappointing experience, but this delivery was much more on par with the local Applebees I'm used to. I like this place. It's predictable in a good way. It's familiar and consistent, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy esp for a chain, the value is good if you order from the deals (ultimate trio is an 11/10 smash for value alone, 2 for $25 is also very good). I can't say I feel the same about regular pricing but the variety of options within a given deal is usually good enough. This delivery was excellent. They also fulfilled my request for a container of gravy instead of a small potatoes side (I wanted gravy for dipping my chicken). I ordered the Krispy Chicken Krunch Box, while it is a decent price for what you get, the chicken was very salty, and it is absolutely time to change the oil in which it is cooked, because it was crispy in some spots and overly greasy and others. if they change the oil, maybe I will order again for the kids. But I would not buy it for myself ."
