The Cranberry Kelli was very flavorful and my favorite tasting from this order. The bowl of Loaded Potato Soup was more like a cup and was just average in taste. Comparable to Panera's potato soup you can find in the grocery store. The Fresh Fruit was like a small side child's cup with mostly grapes, 2 blueberries, and one strawberry. The grapes were flavorful but strawberry and blueberries were not."

Recently, while visiting my daughter in Florida, I decided to order from their Fort Myers/Lehigh area location. I was very disappointed. Instead of their typical beautiful baby-blue bag with a handle and a glossy attached card, my cake arrived in a plain paper bag with a simple sticker. The presentation felt significantly downgraded.
I’m not sure if this was due to the local franchise, demographics, or some other factor, but for me the experience just wasn’t the same. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from that location again.
