I understand it being busy, but having to wait at the counter for an extended amount of time before anyone even came to ask what I needed is a little ridiculous. My two drinks that were said to be ready in 9 minutes from ordering, took 30. When asked why, the worker said that there were a lot of people in the drive-thru. There was one when I got there. They did all current drive-thru orders, even ones pulling up after I had been waiting, before they would even start door dash orders. Apparently to get service, go through drive thru only. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the coffee was good, but it wasn't worth the wait and unprofessionalism."

Big Portions as well. Lastly, the Cold Brew Coffee was absolutely the best coffee I have ordered from ANYWHERE in this area... not an exaggeration. This is something that should have been prepared for the customer already and def with more creamer and sugar. It didn't taste great. All around a bit of a disappointing breakfast but thats what comes with trying new places. I did end up throwing the coffee away since it wasnt drinkable in my opinion and I don't have creamer on hand, hence buying a coffee somewhere else."

"After the meal I just received, I will never be ordering from this restaurant chain again. Jason's Deli has been around for my entire life and I have never received anything like the paltry spread I just received. I paid $13 for a sandwich that was half the size and looked nothing like the photo, came with nothing on it, and the "everything bun" is nothing more than toasted crust with about 6 poppy seeds on it. The portions of the rest of the food were also tiny (the Chicken Pot Pie pastry is roughly 2in × 2in. and there's no way to order extras. Could only get a partial refund for the condiments that were supposed to be on the sandwich. Utterly repulsive behavior. The food looks and tastes like tiny frozen hospital meals, not anything that should have come out of a fully operational restaurant."
