The sweet and sour sauce was also oddly flavored. The 红油炒手 / Sichuan Pork Dumplings were tasty, a little stuck together though but that is somewhat expected with delivery. Sauce came on the side which was nice. It was more salt forward and didn't have any heat like I was expecting. One very off putting thing was the dumpling container had pieces of romaine lettuce inside. Clearly this was for plating purposes but when in a package, covered, it became soggy and sad. "the Tom kha soup is one of the best soups I've ever had. the fact we had soup delivered and it was so amazing even after being shipped is incredible. The sampler platter of appetizers was also good I felt the fresh non fried spring rolls were the least impressive thing that didn't stand up to other Thai restaurants nearby. They weren't very full and there were too many carrots. That said the Pork dumplings completely made up for that and their egg roll was also delicious and I don't even like egg rolls. their rangoons also stood the test of taste.
