"The order was filled very and everything I ordered was delivered and the food was warm, and very good. I hadnt ordered KFC via door dash before and it was right after 5:00pm when I ordered the food trying to avoid any delays in the food I wanted to order or having the driver delay in after work traffic on a Friday. I wanted to taste the Secret Recipe Fries since I had never had them before knowing how hard they are to keep warm, I was willing to stick them in my air fryer to reheat, and I ordered extra gravy and mashed potatoes to dip them in. I norm prefer white meat over dark meat with chicken, however KFC does a great job with their dark meat original recipe chicken, and I prefer the dark meat on the original recipe chicken over white meat, as the white meat tends to be drier than dark meat (with the exception of original recipe chicken wings). I have always been a fan of KFC original recipe chicken, pot pies, and sides, but compared to other fast food restaurants I find KFC to be very expensive. My order was $77 before DD fees and tax/tip. I will definitely order this again in the near future, and when I reheat the chicken in the microwave I make sure to heat it on 50% power for a longer period of time and I put the chicken in a ziplock FREEZER bag or use 2 regular ziplock bags inside of each other to prevent the bag from breaking open in the microwave and leaving the chicken on the glass and the bag melted) to keep the steam in the bag and keep the chicken warm throughout. "I’ve ordered from this location before and usually have a great experience, but tonight was a major disappointment. For the first time, everything in my meal—the chicken, gravy, and biscuit—tasted overcooked or burnt. The chicken lacked the classic KFC flavor, and the gravy tasted completely off. "I don't like to leave low rated reviews, but I got the Graceland waffle - and for the waffles being nearly $20 a piece, it was stale and not soft at all. The bacon pieces were good, but I wouldn't even say it's close to being worth it for the price. I also ordered the $9 banana chai tea latte and it didn't even taste a little bit like banana.. or chai... just tasted like watered down espresso. Maybe they accidentally delivered the wrong drink? Either way, I probably wouldn't order this again, and if I did it would only be because it's the only place semi close to me that sells waffles past 12pm, but I'd be better if I just made them at home and saved the $50."
