You all always knock it out of the park! The lean brisket was great along with the jalapeño sausage. My two sides green beans and pinto beans were very flavorful with the added brisket and the green beans with the added bacon.

I ordered the 2 meat plate with brisket and chicken. I opened it and literally ALL the brisket was fat. like they just cut off a chunk of fat, cut it up and threw it in there. I'm very disappointed. I only got like 2 bites of brisket. If you're gonna charge so much you might try making sure it's GOOD.

Normally Smokey Mos is so yummy but for some reason today both the brisket and turkey are SO DRY!! Very disappointing

Forgot bacon for both salads. There was very little meat and it was all super fatty. We normally love these salads but tonight it was such poor quality.

potato was old and lumpy, like it was probably left over from the lunch shift. i specifically paid extra for brisket, not chopped beef because i wanted leaner meat yet every bite of "brisket" i tried was mostly fat. Mo's Chopped Baker was disappointing. but husband liked his two meat plate or it would have been 1 star.
