I tried Garlic Delight (shrimp) for the first time, and while it was tasty, I don't know if it's worth the 19.99 price tag here. I made my own rice to eat with it. There were 10 pieces of shrimp which was a decent amount. If it came with rice, or more broccoli I think it would have been more satisfying for that price.

When it was delivered to me,it didn't come with the hominy.I called and spoke with a gentleman , and he stated that he forgot to mention it to the DoorDasher that they were out of hominy. I know, I would've asked for something else. The tripe was gelatinous, and they weren't bite-size pieces. The guy didn't offer a discount or say that I could get a free item if I ever ordered it again or go in person. DON'T EVER BUY THE MENUDO from Vallarta. I still have it in the refrigerator. I have to give it to my cats or throw it away. what a waste of money. My phone camera doesn't work, therefore, I cannot provide a picture. The pumpkin empanadas weren't all that good either. I bought some last year and they were really sweet and good."

"Ordered the Chicken Avocado Club on sourdough. It came with fries as well. This was a lot of food and very good. The only thing that was a little funky is that shape or size of the bread probably because the sourdough is not traditionally square so a couple of the pieces were really big and some were small so next time I order I would probably choose a different bread however it was delicious. Plenty of food to share as well. This is the first time I have ordered but will not be the last this is definitely a sandwich with a lot of flavor and much better than that sub type sandwiches you get at other places."
"Both the BIGFOOT Chicken Fried Steak and the California Burger look delicious. Large portions, great for second meal- Plus the Coconut Cream Pie is legendary at Black Bear. Have always loved their food and great when craving a home cooked meal but not wanting to put in the work. Great food!"

"The avocado. On one meal it was unripe. On another it's overripe. The fries are soggy and undercooked. The tostadas are chewy. They're undercooked. The horchata also has a strange taste to it. It tastes like the fridge they stored it in. The portions are good. The aguachile was great. These tacos look flavorless. I think there's better options on DoorDash for Mexican food but this isn't the absolute worst I've had. I wouldn't order again."

"I love this place, I live far but it is always worth it. Mt kids and wife love their French toast combo breakfast. The Orange Chicken and Kung Pao chicken are great but so is their Mongolian beef. "I was starving, I was just on the brink of just ordering something else. this called to me like the Green goblin mask calls to Norman osborn. I ordered the Pepperoni Calzone and the 1/2 Lb Boneless Wings all of them were at an affordable price. for a low price of 26$ I was able to defeat the hunger. The 1/2 Lb Boneless Wings were flavorful, sticky and warm. the Pepperoni Calzone was cut and wonderfully warm with an unholy amount of cheese.
