A little creamier and a little pepper would bring this dish to perfection. Ditto for the mashed potatoes. The COUNTRY FRIED TOP SIRLOIN STEAK was delicious! Steak was tender and the seasonings were in the breading. Use a regular knife instead of a plastic one (a little tough for hubby eating at work). Recommend warming in microwave for 15 seconds, add side scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle an extra side of caramel over it all. 1st time ordering here, so when you learn you know.
