"Overall like a 7 out of 10. Id like more of a sauce than just sweet baby rays. We're in the south we can provide more than that. I want more seasoning in my Mac and Cheese other than that it's great for a baked mac just a little more seasoning. The portioning size is really good. The house chips and fries are seasoned beautifully. I prefer a savory collard green with a slight spice these are kinda sweet and vinegary not really my bag, still very tender and good. Now the proteins. The sausage was amazing no diddler. Great char and juicy. The ribs were kinda fatty and should be cut individually with more seasoning or sauce still very tender. Lastly the Sliced Brisket was tender. No crust. Not peppery. But perefct for beans. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The prices werent terrible. I would have paid more and got less other places. Southernpines is good. Very Uncles BBQ type food. I stand on a 7/10. There are not alot of BBQ places in Concord besides the obvious ones.
