"I've ordered from this place a number of times, and while I definitely enjoyed a couple of those times, there were other times where you could tell that the quality of the food was not as good as it should be. Not to mention the portion sizes, are way too small for the containers that you put them in. There are shawarma places in the city that fill up that entire container, and you fill up just the base of it. That's a big issue.
But don't get me wrong, the taste and the quality has been great 8 times out of 10, I'd usually get the classic breakfast with home fries, bacon/sausage, toast and scrambled eggs, the classic breakfast literally. Is it enough to fill a grown man, one portion? No. It'll keep you fed, but you'll be done with your eggs really quick, the toast is too burnt to eat (this happened WAY too often, who is burning the toast?!?), and everything else was great minus a few potatoes being bad.
Other than the times of less portions and burnt toast, Breakfast Place is great"

The dznki sausage has replaced the Hungaian one and it's pretty good, However, last night it looked and tasted way different and odd almost as if it was partially freezer burnt. "I was skeptical at first due to, what I obviously see now is unfair reviews. Because as a fellow cook, this is fantastic mac and cheese. The bag had some weight to it, I was surprised when I saw the portions and was honestly expecting small bowls (but crossed my fingers it'd be way more), and was shocked by the trays (one tray could easily feed two people, or one, depending on how much you eat). Only true artisans of cooking know how to make a good mac, and while the price is a little steep, the quality is there. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food quality and consistency in the future. Not all worth the price."

"The flavors are complex, delicious, and well developed. The aroma of the 65. Peas Pulao hits before you even get close to shoveling a spoonful into your mouth. The 86. Garlic Naan is fresh and chewy while simultaneously having an outer char and flake. No flavors compete, they compliment.
Go with a medium or higher spice level for the 34. Butter Chicken (or 39. Chicken Karahi , 18. Channa Masala, assume anything though) unless the thought of actually using ground pepper offends you.
The chicken has been prepared for a Tandoor, and fits well with rice and naan. The meat per portion is a great value, and the versatility of the remaining sauce is fantastic; Rice? Naan? Spoon? Samosas? No problem - it works.
I've tried many other places, but Kothur is 100% my go-to in London for Indian food. A++++ will eat again (tomorrow, because I ordered too much food...)"
