"I was skeptical at first due to, what I obviously see now is unfair reviews. Because as a fellow cook, this is fantastic mac and cheese. The bag had some weight to it, I was surprised when I saw the portions and was honestly expecting small bowls (but crossed my fingers it'd be way more), and was shocked by the trays (one tray could easily feed two people, or one, depending on how much you eat). Only true artisans of cooking know how to make a good mac, and while the price is a little steep, the quality is there. It's also packaged very well, in a way that keeps it hot, easily can be vented and put away for later if needed. This was obviously handled with care, and again the portions are fantastic, overall a good first experience.
