"I LOVE their salmon skin roll! Not every sushi place has it. The texture contrasts of crispy toasted salmon skin, creamy avocado, the sweet luxuriant tang of eel sauce, delight my mouth with each bite. Sushi tower is a bit like a mini, semi-constructed (molded) poke bowl on a plate (the fish is cubed like for poke; was slightly rubbery in texture); my favorite part was the molded center w/shredded crab & rice, topped with some wakame (seaweed salad); I also got a side of that salad, it's always refreshing.
I ordered for delivery & arranged on my own plate. I always add extra wasabi & ginger."
