"I sat by the window and my server, Jimmy, provided some of his favorites as some great options. He also reviewed the upcoming menu changes and how they are lowering prices while their competitors are raising them. The new menu should be available about a week or so from today's post on 10/4/25.
As soon as I saw Pho on the menu, I knew I had to try it. I was quickly served an ice cold soft drink while my feast was prepared. Jimmy brought me out fresh lentils and the usual garnishment. The plate was heaping and all of the vegetables were very fresh. Next, Jimmy tip-toed across the room with a bowl so full, one person couldn't possibly eat it all.
My first bite was like a little slice of heaven. The noodles were perfect and the the beef tender and flavorful. The broth was salty and the perfect amount of Sriracha and extras makes all the difference.
Half-way through my meal I was already stuffed. As is custom, I left a healthy portion for the chef. I'll definitely be back."
