I love the large hominy, the pork is tender and fatty perfect and the red broth is tasty not spicy at all. I went in person recently and ordered it there - they had added the oregano to my soup before serving it (not on the side) - oregano is not to my liking and just didn't taste as good. Today I had it delivered - it had the whole pig foot (knuckle, toes and toenails bla - I don't like bones in my soup and I don't like anything that looks like part of the animal - thats pretty traumatizing!) If I would have received my 1st order with the foot - I most likely would never order it again.
