"I used to work at the 4th St store in Santa Monica and this is not the standard I was taught when making an olo. The line on the paper bowl is meant to be where you fill the greens towards not all the toppings. Also I remember we had paper lids just like the bowl but now it's a plastic lid that caves in so you can limit how much you actually put into the salad. Kinda sucks when you pay 16 dollars for a salad and it's not filled to how much it could be."

The small spicy potatoes had a surprising kick to them, but they were still incredibly flavorful and paired perfectly with the rest of the meal.
