Having (cold) pulled or sliced chicken would've been so much better. The espresso martini was way too sweet---I would've cut it with some vodka if I'd had any. "The bucket o chicken was great: chicken was juice and crispy. At first I thought it was dripping oil, but I realized that it was maple syrup: delicious! Fries were crispy and well seasoned. The sauces were nice, but one or two were definitely more popular. Large enough to feed two hungry adults easily, probably also could have given a piece or two to our kids as well - definitely worth the money!
The chicken was actually so juicy that I was afraid it might not be wholly cooked, but it definitely was cooked through. Since I'm right close to the restaurant and it was still piping hot, I temp'd it and it came out well above safe for chicken "

I'd prefer plain ranch to the sauce that's included but I'm not a fan of the different Ranch flavor varieties available on the market these days, especially spicy Ranch!"
