"Unfortunately our food arrived to us stone cold, which was so disappointing! The lid of the chips was wide open when it arrived (the top flap hadn't been folded so it wasn't just a case of it popping open after being closed). But we live close to the store so they wouldn't have been as cold as they were had they left the store when the order was ready to go... The dasher messaged us from the store to say they were still waiting on our food to be ready (more than enough time had passed since placing the order for it to be ready). My suspicions were confirmed when the food eventually left the store, as the dasher made another delivery before ours, which they had to go the opposite way for, it wasn't on the way at all.
The burgers surpassed our expectations, though, redeeming the order overall and the reason for giving the a thumbs up. Vego burgers are a gamble to order, and to be honest there aren't many places that do a good one. That said the picklebird burger was definitely something I'd get again! It was really yummy, great textures and a good size too. If they're this good cold, I'm really looking forward to try one warm!"

"The Smoked Salmon Bagel was generous in size with the right amount of filling and cream cheese. The bagel was slightly dense but I would still recommend. The Ham & Cheese Croissant was a HUGE letdown. The image shown had shredded slow cooked ham and a decent amount of cheese. What I received was deli meat with a bit of cheese melted on what was comparable to a croissant I would get at Woolies. It wasn't soft and flaky, it was dry/boring and I struggled to get through it. [Side note: Artem Coffee make the best ham & cheese croissant]. The Friand was bite-sized but a delicious little treat to pair with coffee- a bit on the expensive side for how little it is. Would recommend based on its flavour and overall texture though. "

portion size: Massive Burgers , for me personally too much meat per burger (ex: in Chicken Schnitzel Burger they have put in 1 1/3 Schnitzel)
Taste: This is where the problem comes not a good tasting burger atleast for me, for the normal Chicken Burger the chicken looks seasoned but the taste is bland boiled chicken , Chicken Schnitzel Burger had raw onions instead of fried onions and the Schnitzel itself , maybe due to my personal taste preferences didn't taste that good
