For breakfast I had the all-american quesadilla and it was exceptionally fresh and everything in it was made with REAL food items - it tasted like it all was freshly prepared, no frozen hash browns, no liquid eggs from a milk jug, only real bacon that was fried up fresh, and the tortilla chips were handmade, also very fresh and very tasty with a good crunch. At lunch I attempted to capture lightning in a bottle twice in one day and Papa Corazon did exactly that with the steak fajita quesadilla. I've used the word fresh four times in this review so I'll stop there, but I am hopeful that whosoever reads this will get the gist. Papa Corazon will not disappoint!"
