"WOW, ok I ordered between 3-4pm on friday. whoever was doing the cooking - (high FIVE). I ordered plate. mushroom chicken, terryaki chicken, mixed 1/2 rice and 1/2 chow mein. Mushroom chicken it was perfect. it was hot (temp) the vegetables just right and chicken very tender and I actually taste the sesame. The terryaki chicken - ok I was disappointed they left out some terryaki sause BUT the chicken was so tender and flavorful - why I still gave a 5 star. "Although I have ordered delivery from De Colores several times, I decided to pick up my order this morning, because I had never actually been to the restaurant before. I was so surprised by the quality of the establishment! The exterior is nice and welcoming with a clean parking lot and an outside patio area. However, I was extra impressed by the interior, which I found to be wonderfully appointed and decorated. I loved seeing the paintings, photos, murals, and old rifles. There’s also plenty of seating for a restaurant of this size and a nice bar. So, make sure to bring your friends and family.
The gentleman who greeted me was extremely friendly and told me a bit about the history of the business and the old rifles, which I loved learning about. He also mentioned that they have karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm-midnight! Super fun!
How’s the food? Let me tell you this: The Breakfast Super Burrito is quite literally the biggest breakfast burrito I've ever seen! Now, I don’t know if it’s always like this, but wow! The flavor was fantastic and was made even better by the fresh salsa, sour cream, and guac. The side of tortilla chips was excellent as well; super light, super crunchy, fresh and tasty. "The Dr. Russell was a HUGE heap of flavorful food! Get this if you're extra hungry! Kinda spicy, tons of red onion, crispy wontons, and sauce piled on top of some delicious rolls. The honey walnut prawn roll was absolutely perfect, and also a large portion, but my 9 yr old just devoured the whole roll...excuse me while I go order another.
Honorable mention: kids teriyaki bento box (big portions), seaweed salad good flavor and not too fishy, edamame was perfectly salted, but kind of cold (but we ordered Door Dash so that's probably why).
Bottom line...if you're staying at Great Wolf Lodge, skip their trash restaurants with long lines and order from this amazing sushi restaurant, you won't be disappointed."

"cant go wrong!! always fresh, best sushi in san Joaquin. have been going to mihana since Matsuyama opened in manteca and have tried every roll, truely can not go wrong my personal favorite is the kings roll and i enjoy the fresh taste of the matsuyama roll. also try the mushrooms!"
"Rolls are really heavy on the rice. They come out looking incredibly huge but it's 60% rice. The rice ends up becoming a foundation for the roll to sit upon.
Aside from having a ton of sauce on everything, there's no variation to flavor or structure.
Shrimp tempura inside is hard and chewy and tastes a lot like the Kirkland frozen Shrimp Tempura. Like it's not even from JFC's frozen lineup, which is pretty good for frozen. The unagi on top of the Large Dragon and Millionaire rolls were very little. It's missing the fluffy charred meat that the best part of having unagi. Then the tuna on the Princess roll was only on half of the roll with an uneven cut compared to the unagi next to it.
It's definitely American-style. But rather expensive for huge rolls of rice.
There is nothing wrong with the *quality* of the ingredients themselves (except for the tempura shrimp). It is simply the construction of the rolls themselves are lacking in variation and needs less rice."

The spice of the medium broth was very weak, so I'd recommend if wanting something hot to opt for very spicy(I will next time). Mine was altered(Garlic, No sprouts/mushrooms) with extra noodles/broth. The broth was hot, incredibly flavorful and balanced. You get a generous enough portion of both the noodles and broth.
