"This is my go to restaurant when the family wants to order Mexican. The steak Quesadilla Fajita are my go to order. It's a huge portion; my one complaint is they only cut it in half so it can be hard to eat easily. I'd love to try other dishes but I love the quesadilla so much I don't want to miss ordering it whenever we order! Another family member always gets the chicken Fajita Nachos and the restaurant is great about making sure the cheese sauce is on the side because of a dairy allergy."

Even the sriracha makes me think of that umami flavor profile with being a bit thicker and sweet with a pleasant "zing". Had a latte as well which turned out pretty good.
