"The quality has really gone down hill for Nicey's. I had the fried chicken before and it was not great. The chicken was soggy and the rice tasted old. Overall, the meal was a great big disappointment. I used to buy food from Nicey's all the time and their food used to be amazing. So I thought to give it another try and order the oxtail this time. Worst decision. Just opening up the container and looking at the meal, which did not look appetizing. Should've been a warning. but anyway, I decided to take out about a quarter of what was there warmed up in the microwave and proceeded to eat it I threw the rest in the garbage. I don't know if there's new ownership or new cooks or whatever but I can't believe this is the Nicey's that I used to buy food from before. Those people who are giving it thumbs up was either from a long time ago or from people that are not used to eating Jamaican food so they don't know any better. Once again, the rice was less than desirable And as for the oxtail they killed it with the browning so much so that I don't even know if I was eating oxtail. It didn't taste like it to me. I am a pretty decent Jamaican cook, and I never have to put browning in my oxtail.  the coleslaw was too sweet and runny."
