The Zuppa was creamy with a good flavor but the sausage bits were small and a little dry. The salad was fresh and pre dressed and had just the right amount of Parmesan. I liked the salad. "I am a transplant from the deep south and nothing around here comes close. The catfish is authentic as are the sides, red beans and rice and jambalaya.
