"My order was almost two hours late. I called the store and it took almost ten minutes to answer the phone. The person that answered didn't make a bunch of excuses or apologies, it was clear that they simply were busy and didn't have enough drivers to handle all of the orders. They said my order was still there and when I confirmed that my order had just been sitting there, he explained that they don't even fire an order until they know it can be delivered. Made sense to me, I thanked him and asked when to expect my order. It arrived shortly after and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. There was even a large cookie sitting on top of my order. I've had similar experiences through other pizza locations that could learn a lot from this. They've blamed things that were under their control, made no accommodations to make the situation right, shown attitude, and overall just handled the situation very unprofessionally. The way this was handled will certainly bring me back. Thank you."

I'd recommend asking for sour cream cilantro and green sauce. But I wouldn't really recommend ordering these even though they were good. I definitely wouldn't order just one of these so definitely only try if you can get the bogo deal on them. But yeah idk Taco Bell seems healthier and you can get the same flavor from their chicken chalupas."

"Honestly, the fries were not correct- picture shows them as regular shoestring fries- these were waffle fries, cold and chewy.... like they were made long ago... the packaging didn't take into account that the salad dressing would (and did) leak all over everything else in the bag. The hummus was amazing and the schwarma wrap was a hit. Also the baklava ? Ummm. Size of a quarter. Or a Hersheys mini. It's baklava, not crack, you can let some of it go... I'm used to getting a big fatty piece at OLYMPIC BROIL... for $1 more (and it's superior baklava at OB) . So... my first and last experience. There are too many other fine middle eastern eateries in the area to waste time on teensy portions, sloppy packing, and yesterdays chewy fries- which, not to belabor the point, were not the style pictured.
