"The Spicy Beef Pho was absolutely delicious and incredibly comforting. The only disappointment was the fresh spring rolls. They were mostly lettuce, rice noodles, 4 shrimp, and a couple herbs leaf. At other restaurants, I’ve enjoyed spring rolls that include a better variety of fresh vegetables, such as shredded carrots and cucumbers, along with rice noodles, shrimp, and cilantro. Those have a more balanced texture and flavor.
The photo shows the spring rolls packed in a zip-top bag because I became filled up on the delicious pho. Despite my disappointment with the spring rolls, I would definitely order the Spicy Beef Pho again."
