I also had the Menudo with extra meat, and they didn't disappoint. It was full of meat and had a very good flavor. I'm a salty guy, so I added salt to my menudo, but it isn't needed. They did have lots of meat, lots of onion and cilantro, and salsa on the side with lemon. The asada one was the best one and flavor. I will be ordering those again.
