"Dim sum looks good and the taste is fine, but they have used meat bulking techniques that are really unnecessary given how cheap meat is in Australia. The Beancurd Skin Roll with Pork & Shrimp and Spicy Fried Radish Cake were full of large chucks of pork fat. The Prawn Dumplings is made with small pieces of prawn and pork fat mixed in some type of wheat slurry to thicken up the inside. If just used prawn and fat, then the har gow falls apart. A solution, would be to actually add more meat. The prawn inside the Vermicelli Roll w/Shrimp is small soft chucks of minced prawn. It's supposed to be small whole firm prawn pieces. Spinach Dumpling with Shrimp used fresh spinach. Probably the best one. The Classic Hk Style Egg Tarts is not classic Hong Kong style with a crispy pastry. Heavy cake like pastry with a heavy egg filling without any caramelisation. The Baby Chinese Broccoli w/ Oyster sauce was OK. The one thing that's good, is that the food was not over seasoned with MSG, salt or sugar so the overall taste is acceptable and appearance looks nice, but there is next to no meat flavour. Definitely not worth it for ~$15 per basket."

The dish just covered the bottom of the plastic container, it only served 1 person. We also ordered the pork stir fried noodles and only found 2 tiny minced sized peicesof pork throughout. There was absolutely no flavour. There was 3 of us sharing, we have just finished eating and after paying $100 for this takeaway, we are now going to have to order something else. There is a reason the restaurant chooses not to show the reviews on the page. I will be taking this further."

The cook did an amazing job cooking it perfectly, the seafood was perfect doneness with nice bounce on shrimp, noodles were al dente, everything mixed well and portion was great. However the dish itself was very bland. First bite I thought it needed seasoning then every bite after that was just spiciness and taste of rice noodle. Dish would be 5-stars if it had that sweet-savory thai flavor. "

"Their sweet and sour pork is THE BEST I've tasted (even better than a top HK 3 Michelin restaurant, 5 stars hotels in China and best in Australia). The outside batter is deletable and crispy; the inside meat is tender and juicy, and the sauce is perfectly balanced of sweet sour savoury stickiness and umani. I can eat this everyday including my birthday and New Year and Christmas and Thanksgiving.

"This order was so weird. Weirdly because the only food in order that arrived hot was rice - the other three dishes arrived fridge cold (not like less warm from travel) not sure if these dishes are meant to be cold?
The chicken dish was really disappointing- looked like picture but only a thin 1-2mm of protein attached to many bones, will never order again and do not recommend.
