Rice with Chicken, Sausage & Mushroom was unpalatable there was half a mushroom and two small pieces of sausage the chicken looked funny and didn't taste nice lots of gray fat

Dim sum looks good and the taste is fine, but they have used meat bulking techniques that are really unnecessary given how cheap meat is in Australia. The Beancurd Skin Roll with Pork & Shrimp and Spicy Fried Radish Cake were full of large chucks of pork fat. The Prawn Dumplings is made with small pieces of prawn and pork fat mixed in some type of wheat slurry to thicken up the inside. If just used prawn and fat, then the har gow falls apart. A solution, would be to actually add more meat. The prawn inside the Vermicelli Roll w/Shrimp is small soft chucks of minced prawn. It's supposed to be small whole firm prawn pieces. Spinach Dumpling with Shrimp used fresh spinach. Probably the best one. The Classic Hk Style Egg Tarts is not classic Hong Kong style with a crispy pastry. Heavy cake like pastry with a heavy egg filling without any caramelisation. The Baby Chinese Broccoli w/ Oyster sauce was OK. The one thing that's good, is that the food was not over seasoned with MSG, salt or sugar so the overall taste is acceptable and appearance looks nice, but there is next to no meat flavour. Definitely not worth it for ~$15 per basket.

Cravings satisfied! Food came packaged well, Congee with Pork, Century Egg & Salted Egg and Shrimp Wonton w/Noodles Soup were still hot to enjoy. Beancurd Skin Roll with Shrimp and Beancurd Skin Roll with Shrimp good as you would expect, quite generous servings. First time to try their Glutinous Rice in Lotus Leaf and did not regret. Thanks for the fast delivery! :)

The shrimp wonton noodle soup only came with 3 wontons. But I've ordered the exact same dish on Ubereats and it came with at least 5 wontons. Same item on the menu. It should specify how many wontons are included as I was really looking forward to my dinner only to realise there were 3 wontons in my dish.
