Spice level is low to medium. It takes several bites to feel the heat but once you do its tolerable. Leaves a bit of burning on your lip. Also was more salty than my liking and the lime surprised me but after accidentally biting into it the juice tasted surprisingly well with the sauce.
The took their time on the salmon. Skin was off and had a medium sear on BOTH sides. Literally ate the salmon first because it was soo flavorful.
Bread was also really good and crisp on both sides. 4.5/5 stars just due to the wait time and grease. Would recommend! "
