The falafel was fluffy on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. Would have appreciated a side dipping sauce option, which I would have gladly purchased, e.g., toom, tzatziki, or simple sauce made from yogurt, tahini, and lemon juice.

"The 9. Four-Color Vegetable Noodles / 四色菜炒面 is so my go to. This is the first time they used like a jalapeno type pepper to add spiciness (as opposed to the usual hard red pepper) and I hope they always do... it added that pepper flavor I wasn't expecting and really liked it!
My only constant complaint is that I wish that there were at least 15-20% more vegetables. Personally I'd be happy if it was 60% veggies to 40% noodles ... right now it's about 85% noodles to 15% vegetables. It's a LOT of noodles and they're really delicious, but once you run out of vegetables, I become less excited to finish the noodles.
The Sweet Sesame Balls (8) / 芝麻球 and Vegetable Spring Rolls(4) / 菜卷 are also pretty consistent. However, with this order, mine were a little undercooked. Still edible but ... just almost on the verge of not.

I indicated I did not need silverware, they packed my meal with two knife/fork sets."
