While the Giddy Up Melt wasn't quite as stacked as what's advertised, it delivered an immediate hit of flavor from the sweet barbecue sauce and the savoriness of the brisket and cheese that brought me to audibly wow. The artisan bread held the sandwich together very well, not to mention the buttery layer over the top. 🤌👌
