Then I tried the buttermilk Fried Chicken and I am not sure but I believe was cooked in animal fats which is my preference in cooking my own food. One thing I will critique is that that one of the tenders were a bit thick which made me uneasy to eat one that looked a bit pink. I'm sure it was cooked but it did deter me from eating the whole thing. Nonetheless. Great job. I will be ordering from here again."
