"⭐ REPEATEDLY MISSING FOOD, WRONG ITEMS, WRONG SIZES & POOR FOOD QUALITY
I order from this location fairly often—sometimes 2–3 times a day when I’m out and need something quick—and unfortunately, my orders are almost NEVER correct. At this point, this has happened so consistently that I feel like I’m throwing away around $20 worth of food on orders that cost me roughly $50.
Here’s what I typically order and what repeatedly goes wrong:
🍔 Biggie Bundle – 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers + Large Drink ($14)
My order: NO tomato, NO mayo, NO bacon.
What I receive: The burgers regularly arrive with EVERYTHING I specifically asked to have removed. Other times, I only receive ONE of the two burgers.
🥔 Potato Add-On
I PAY EXTRA to add the potato.
What happens: The potato frequently NEVER SHOWS UP.
🍗 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets ($7) + Honey Mustard
Sometimes the 10-piece nuggets NEVER SHOW UP AT ALL. Other times, instead of receiving the 10-piece I PAID FOR, I receive a 4-piece nugget in its place. Even when I actually receive the 10-piece, the honey mustard I specifically ordered is regularly missing.
I am paying approximately $7 for a 10-piece, not a 4-piece. A 4-piece is NOT a replacement for the 10-piece I paid for.
🥪 Asiago Chicken Sandwich – Approximately $10
For a sandwich that costs around $10, I expect it to at least arrive fresh and edible. Unfortunately, sometimes the Asiago Chicken Sandwich arrives completely soggy and practically inedible, like it has been sitting out for HOURS before being sent with my order.
Paying around $10 for a sandwich only to receive something so soggy that I don’t even want to eat it is incredibly frustrating—especially when other items from the same order are already missing.
🍔🍗🥤 $5 Biggie Bites/Biggie Bag – Upgraded to Large ($7.50)
I specifically PAY EXTRA to make this a large because I want the second LARGE drink.
What happens: I repeatedly receive a SMALL drink instead of the LARGE drink I paid for, and the 4-piece nuggets that are supposed to come with the Biggie Bag are frequently MISSING completely.
There have literally been orders where I’m missing the 4-piece nuggets from the Biggie Bag AND the separate 10-piece nuggets I paid for. Other times, a 4-piece shows up where my separate 10-piece should have been.
My orders repeatedly have some combination of these problems:
❌ 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers — wrong toppings or one burger MISSING
❌ 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets — completely MISSING or replaced with only a 4-piece
❌ Honey Mustard — repeatedly MISSING
❌ 4 PC. Nuggets from the Biggie Bag — frequently MISSING
❌ Large Drink Upgrade — receive a SMALL despite PAYING for a large
❌ Potato Add-On — frequently MISSING despite being paid for
❌ $10 Asiago Chicken Sandwich — sometimes arrives SOGGY and practically INEDIBLE
❌ Paid food and upgrades — consistently missing, incorrect, or poor quality
Sometimes an order that should contain multiple burgers, a 10-piece nugget, a separate 4-piece nugget, Asiago Chicken Sandwich, potato, sauces, and large drinks arrives with only ONE burger, NO nuggets, the Asiago sandwich, and two small drinks. There is absolutely no consistency.
I report the missing items and send PHOTOS, yet I frequently don’t receive a refund for everything I paid for and didn’t receive.
I have even messaged my DoorDash drivers and specifically asked them to PLEASE double-check the drinks and ask the restaurant to confirm that all the food is in the bag. I’m told everything is there, and then I open the order and items are missing AGAIN.
I’m currently 9 months pregnant and on bed rest, so delivery isn’t simply about convenience for me. I have limited options right now. And before anyone comments about the amount of food—this order isn’t just for me. When several people’s food is missing, someone ends up without their meal, and unfortunately that has been me more than once.
When someone spends around $50 on an order, they should NOT routinely be missing approximately $20 worth of food. If I pay for a 10-piece nugget, I should receive 10 nuggets—not 4. If I pay to upgrade a drink to a LARGE, I should receive a large—not a small. If I pay for a potato, it should be in the bag. If I order burgers without certain toppings, they should be made that way. And if I’m paying around $10 for an Asiago Chicken Sandwich, it shouldn’t arrive soggy and seemingly hours old.
Customers should receive the food, portions, drink sizes, sauces, upgrades, modifications, and quality THEY PAID FOR.
⭐ Freshness: Very poor. The Asiago Chicken Sandwich can arrive so soggy that it seems like it has been sitting for hours.
⭐ Portion: Would be fine if I actually received the full portions and items I paid for.
⭐ Taste: Difficult to enjoy when food arrives soggy, old-tasting, missing, or incorrectly made.
⭐ Order Accuracy: Extremely poor and consistently incorrect.
PLEASE—if you are having the same problems with this specific location, REPORT THEM. Don’t just accept missing food, incorrect items, wrong drink sizes, or food that isn’t prepared the way you ordered it. Take photos, keep your receipt, and report exactly what was missing or incorrect.
I’m not asking people to report this location for no reason. I’m asking customers who are actually experiencing these same issues to report their own experiences so there is a documented pattern and hopefully something is finally done to FIX IT.
One complaint can be brushed off as a mistake. But if multiple customers are consistently experiencing missing food, incorrect orders, and paid upgrades they aren’t receiving, those problems need to be addressed.
I don’t want this to keep happening to me OR anyone else. I want this location and DoorDash to take the repeated problems seriously and make sure customers actually receive what they paid for.
Until something changes, I would NOT recommend ordering delivery from this location based on my repeated experiences. I’m tired of paying full price and receiving the bare minimum."

My issue is with the fact that I ordered the bread bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and the serving of soup is TINY compared to the size it normally is when you order it in-store. 100% not worth the $12 I paid for it.
And I never received the tea, which we contacted the store about and they said that they would give us a refund for our items and that they would contact us the next day with details but they never called us back.
So overall not a great experience. But the food tasted good and I know the tea would have tasted great too if I had ever gotten the chance to have it. Just order your food at the store and don't order it online. "
