Portions are always nice. Salted Cucumber is always refreshing with a slight kick, I get it every time as an app. the Shrimp Fried Rice is super flavorful, I like to add egg in mine.
had the Harumaki (3) for the first time, it pairs well with the sweet and sour sauce.

Kimchi Ramen was great but Cheese Wonton were raw and the Fried Chicken Bun (1 Piece) had the tiniest, dried out piece of chicken

Tofu buns were amazing. The kimchi fried rice is nasty. It's not even in the realm of fried rice. It's crazy spicy rice with corn and kimchi.

I adore Ichiddo Ramen and have been regularly going to and ordering from the Roseville and St. Paul locations for years. I typically get the Beef Ramen, however this location left A LOT to be desired. I'd say thie Beef Ramen from this location was just one step above a package of maruchan ramen. Completely edible, not gross, but very underwhelming. I will definitely continue making the trip to Roseville for my future Ichiddo Ramen cravings.
