Buffalo sauce is fairly unique; reminded me of North Carolina style vinegar based but not overpowering. Bleu cheese is above average. Fries were obviously crispy and delicious but a few minutes bagged up and the inevitable happens. Lemon pepper dry rub wings were tasty but could have been buttered and tossed more effectively. Certainly crispy though. Maybe consider an option for normal or crispy. Finally, there are people who will gladly pay 2x normal price for the option of all drums or all flats.
