"I ordered the 3 Meats and wanted to share a few things future customers should know. The menu lists it at $16, but be aware that brisket is considered a "premium meat," so there's an additional $2 charge that isn't reflected in the description. I also disliked being charged extra for Pickles and Peppers , which I feel should be included with the plate.
The food had good flavor, but the meats weren't as tender as I expected. I specifically requested the fatty cut of sliced brisket and paid the additional charge for it, but I received a leaner cut instead. I also asked for my potato salad to be packaged separately, and that request wasn't followed.
Overall, the food was flavorful, but the unexpected upcharges and failure to fulfill my order requests made the experience disappointing."
