Everything was delicious. They even followed my special request which was probably odd to them but I appreciate them accommodating me lol. The only thing I would say is that their California rolls were thicc and yes I meant to spell it that way. Not complaining at all, I guess I'm just used to puny sized rolls haha.
Albacore sushi was fresh and delicious and I wish I got 5 orders of it or a sashimi plate of albacore lol.

Vegetarian Shoyu Ramen was slightly better but still fairly bland. Lots of veggies which were nice.
My son's Oyakodon Bowl (Chicken & Egg) was pretty good.
Overall everything was overpriced and bland, but nothing tasted BAD and the portions were filling. Additional ding for refusing "special requests" in the door dash app but also providing no other way to ask for items to not be included on a dish, such as removing the bamboo from one of the Ramens, instead I had to rummage through the bowl to pick them out. "This was my first order from HiroNori, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Whenever I order tonkotsu ramen, I have two concerns: that the broth won’t be rich and creamy enough, or that it’ll compensate by being overly salty. This was neither. The broth was exactly what great tonkotsu should be: deeply rich, full-bodied, and flavorful without being oversalted. The seasoning was balanced perfectly, and it honestly held up to the standards I have from eating ramen elsewhere.
The food also arrived at the proper temperature, which is no small feat for ramen delivery.
The chashu was tender, the noodles held up well, and the marinated eggs were cooked exactly as they should be, with beautifully jammy yolks.
For dessert, I ordered the yuzu cheesecake. It was smaller than I expected, but after the first bite I realized that was probably for the best. It was bright, creamy, and just the right amount of citrus. If they’d sent me one the size of a tire, I probably would have eaten the entire thing without hesitation.
I’ll definitely be ordering from HiroNori again. It’s rare for delivered ramen to impress me this much, but this one absolutely did.
