"I had high hopes for this, but was very disappoiinte.
First, they did not send me what I ordered. I ordered "There's The Beef", but they sent me the "Shaved Prime Rib Grinder." The difference is obvious. The first is a warm, toasted sandwich with caramelized onions, while the sandwich they sent was cold, not toasted, and swimming in mayonnaise and mustard.
Second, not only did I get the wrong sandwich, but it wasn't very good. The meat was nicely cooked and very tender, but the whole thing was just drowned in far too much mayonnaise and mustard.

"This was the first time patronizing this Mr Pickles in Concord. I would normally use ordering from their website but I had DD credits so I ordered my wife a Reuben to eat in the car. I placed the order while at Sun Valley Mall and headed to the shop. Checking the app after parking had the order still in the first setup and the pick up time moved later. I've seen this before at a place that totally had their DD system off so I was worried. I went in and asked if they had my order.
