Every single bite was packed with flavor and seasoning. Nothing tasted bland or like it was missing something—the flavors were bold, well-balanced, and just WORKED together. The pickled onions were such a good addition, and whatever pepper I got on there (I believe it was a bell pepper) added the perfect little extra something. The chicken was delicious, but let me tell you… THE BIRRIA!!! 😩🔥 That was easily my favorite part. The birria was so flavorful and tender, and I already know that’s going to be my go-to protein whenever I order again.
My only regret is not getting more corn! 😂 Next time I’m definitely adding extra because that combination was SO good.
