Every single bite was packed with flavor and seasoning. Nothing tasted bland or like it was missing something—the flavors were bold, well-balanced, and just WORKED together. The potato itself was cooked perfectly for me: creamy and soft, but still had just enough firmness to give it some texture. It wasn’t overly mashed or mushy at all.
The pickled onions were such a good addition, and whatever pepper I got on there (I believe it was a bell pepper) added the perfect little extra something. The chicken was delicious, but let me tell you… THE BIRRIA!!! 😩🔥 That was easily my favorite part. The birria was so flavorful and tender, and I already know that’s going to be my go-to protein whenever I order again.
My only regret is not getting more corn! 😂 Next time I’m definitely adding extra because that combination was SO good.
Overall, this potato was absolutely amazing. You can tell there’s a lot of flavor and thought going into the ingredients and how everything comes together. I genuinely enjoyed every bite, and I’m already looking forward to my next one. El Papacito Hot Potatoes definitely gained a new customer! ❤️🔥🥔

"The Sope was good, normal without flare good or bad. the Empanada was made like a tack in layers. the entire bottom was cheese with meat on top. It was good but not something Ill order again, jjust a personal preferenc. The salsa roja is roasted. That is an important detail if you do not like roasted salsa like me! The salsa verde has lots of lime which I love. The avocado salsa also has a like flavorto perfection."

I'm always iffy on ordering from DoorDash because I don't want people touching my food, but they package it in a sealed bag which is great.
