"Consistently has served us overcooked chicken that was difficult to eat. After giving this specific location a third try, our order was once again incorrect. Two sides were missing, including 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, and one of the three-piece meals only had two pieces of chicken in the box.
We were also not provided napkins or straws for the drinks, which I normally would overlook if the food and order had been correct. At this point, it seems like the manager or owner needs to step in and address these ongoing issues.
