The woman at the window who was also the person who prepared our food was very rude. When she brought the bag out, it was practically thrown at us. I continued to explain it to the person who was in charge and even asked him to touch it to verify it wasn't cooked. He at first tried to gaslight me and say, "Chicago dogs are cold." I've eaten many at different places and it is the toppings that are cold, not the hot dog itself."
