I checked the other one and it was the same way. When I went back up to explain what happened, the woman who was rude was in the parking lot in pajamas yelling, "What?! What's wrong with it??" I continued to explain it to the person who was in charge and even asked him to touch it to verify it wasn't cooked. He at first tried to gaslight me and say, "Chicago dogs are cold." I've eaten many at different places and it is the toppings that are cold, not the hot dog itself."

"I was very impressed with the five cheese Five-Cheese Cheesesteak. it was packed full of flavor and toppings. Was the best kind of messy and definitely something I will order again. I did pay an uncharge for the onion rings as my side which were over done and mostly went uneaten. But the sandwich was good enough to make up for it and the Half Dozen White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies were delicious as well."
