The albondigas was okay. We did like that the meatballs were big. We also liked the veggies in the soup. What I'd change is add some cilantro and onions to the meatballs. No cilantro in the soup at all actually. Or potatoes. It's a Mexican style soup, so cilantro is a must! :)
